You have the right to request correction of any personal data we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete. We will respond to rectification requests within one month.

3.3 Right to Erasure

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, including:

• When the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
• When you withdraw consent (if consent was the legal basis)
• When you object to processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest
• When data has been unlawfully processed

3.4 Right to Restrict Processing

You have the right to request restriction of processing your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or when processing is unlawful.

3.5 Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller.

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you. We do not currently use automated decision-making processes.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request to ensure we do not disclose data to unauthorised persons.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours. Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk, we will also notify affected individuals directly.
